PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of InBev UK Limited (the “Promoter), its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
  2. Subject to availability, Beck’s Buy One Get One Free Vouchers (the “Voucher(s)”) printed on promotional packs of Beck’s and Beck’s Vier entitle one adult to be admitted to / undertake a selected Activity (the “Activity”) free of charge when accompanied by one adult who pays the full adult price. Where specified on www.becks.co.uk/different, certain Activities will also accept Vouchers to be redeemed whereby participants pay the full adult price when entering / undertaking an Activity for the first time and receive / undertake the same Activity for free on a second visit. For certain Activities the offer may vary and an additional booking fee may be required to be paid.
  3. Details of the Activities on offer are available at www.becks.co.uk/different Special conditions apply to specific Activities. Please check www.becks.co.uk/different for all individual Activity offer details, restrictions, standard opening times and full terms and conditions. www.becks.co.uk/different will be closed on 30.04.2010.
  4. The Activities will take place at designated venues (the “Activity Venue”) as specified by the Activity full terms and conditions.
  5. Vouchers are valid up until and including 30.04.2010 at participating Activity Venues as listed at www.becks.co.uk/different . Vouchers will not be accepted on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, all Bank Holidays and between 15.12.2009 to 31.12.2009 inclusive. This offer is strictly subject to public availability and will not be accepted at special events/days that the Activity Venue may be holding.
  6. The Activity Venue will only accept Vouchers from participants, and their companion, redeeming the Beck’s Buy One Get One Free Activity, who are both aged 18 years and over.
  7. The Activity Venue will request appropriate photographic identification from those participants, and their companion redeeming the Voucher. The Activity Venue reserves the right to refuse to accept Vouchers if the participants, or their companion, redeeming the Voucher cannot provide satisfactory photographic identification.
  8. This offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount Voucher, offer or concession rate offered by the Activity Venues e.g. group rates or other special offers.
  9. When contacting an Activity Venue, please state in advance that you are in possession of a Beck’s Buy One Get One Free Voucher. Where reservations are required, these must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the Activity Venue. At all times, the Voucher must be presented at the Activity Venue in order to redeem this offer.
  10. Only one discount Voucher may be used per two people.
  11. The Activity Venue(s) reserve the right to refuse damaged or defaced Vouchers.
  12. The Activity Venue(s) reserve the right to refuse admission where these Terms and Conditions have not been adhered to and the Promoter will make no reimbursement for unused tickets.
  13. The Activity Venue will not allow participants who, in the Activity Venue’s sole opinion, appear to be under the influence of alcohol to redeem their Voucher / participate in the Activity.
  14. All information and prices detailed www.becks.co.uk/different are subject to change throughout the promotion .The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or alter the promotion as necessary without prior notification throughout the promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances or to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
  15. Individuals taking part in the promotion contract directly with the Activity Supplier and /or Activity Venue and as such take part in Activities at their own risk. Except as prohibited by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury incurred as a result of participation in this promotion or arising from the redemption of the Beck’s Buy One Get One Free Voucher.
  16. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen Vouchers and will not be held liable for any fraud committed by a third party nor in any event beyond its control.
  17. There is no cash alternative in lieu of the Vouchers. Exchange and re-sale of Vouchers is strictly prohibited.
  18. No alcohol will be available for consumption during the Activity.
  19. Participants may be required to take part in related publicity.
  20. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  22. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Law of England and Wales and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
